By downloading or using Cerebro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Cerebro iOS application.

2. About the App

Cerebro is a personal productivity and wellness application that integrates biometric data from WHOOP and Apple HealthKit to help you understand your cognitive capacity, stress levels, and mental bandwidth.

Cerebro is developed and operated by 404 Training Pty Ltd (ABN available on request), based in Australia.

3. Not Medical Advice

Cerebro is provided for personal wellness tracking purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The scores and insights generated by Cerebro are informational only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions based on biometric or health-related data.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Cerebro. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Cerebro integrates with WHOOP and Apple HealthKit. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software in Cerebro are the intellectual property of 404 Training Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cerebro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the data it surfaces will be accurate or complete.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, 404 Training Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cerebro or reliance on its outputs.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use of Cerebro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
